Shot in a charming Thames-side townhouse in West London, Couverture's new SS21 editorial showcases the boutique’s latest womenswear and homeware arrivals by fusing new and emerging designers with more established cult brands to produce a balanced mix of summer looks, perfect for new season inspiration.
With a bold and offbeat tone, the Forecast highlights Couverture's female designers with a strong focus on limited-production collections that have an excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. For womenswear, seasonal favourites such as beautiful floral print silk dresses from Christian Wijnants and blooming puff sleeve blouses of Rejina Pyo are delicately mixed with slow fashion labels Untitled Co. and Ssone.
Across homeware, highlights include Leeds-based Tessa Layzelle with her one-of-a-kind upcycled appliqué quilts whilst Dorset’s Projektityyny’s handmade patchwork cushions and soft furnishings give Couverture's sustainably-conscious British-made designers a further platform to their craft.
